Pricing is only useful when its limits are explicit.

When are media files deleted?

When media is saved, the active plan retention entitlement is snapshotted into an exact expiry. Delivery or read receipts do not trigger deletion.

Do plan changes alter old media?

By default, plan changes affect newly retained media. Retroactive changes require an explicit audited operation.

Are WhatsApp provider fees included?

The release-one transport is an unofficial linked-device engine. Any future official-provider charges would be separately disclosed.

Is this an official WhatsApp API provider?

No. Release one uses an unofficial WhatsApp Web linked-device connection to a customer-controlled account. The connection may be logged out, restricted or require re-pairing.

Can I message any phone number?

No. Customers must have a valid lawful basis and recipient consent. Suppressions and opt-outs are enforced before campaigns.
